The Wild Rose

While out on a bike ride we stumbled across some familiar looking objects…

They are familiar to us, because back home in Chicago we have what is locally known as “The Bean” (the real name is Cloud Gate)

It’s massive size and mirror-like shell make it a fun interactive piece of art & the West side reflects the city skyline beautifully! Although the Finnish beans are much smaller and don’t reflect any skyscrapers, they do reflect the natural beauty of the Aurajoki River and the tall ships that are docked along the shores (kind of hard to tell in this picture, but trust me, it’s neat!)
