We had dinner this weekend at Britt’s boss’ house (delicious), and for dessert we helped to make homemade pulla. The main ingredients are cardamom, butter and sugar, so obviously it was delicious! Not only was it good to eat, it was easy to make as well. It’s definitely a recipe I’ll be keeping handy!
I have made it as a plaited loaf – many years ago.
The woman teaching us to make pulla said that the plaited loaf is a popular style, but we went ahead and stuck with a simple cut and pinch. But no matter how it’s folded, it’s going to taste fantastic!
